And at center stage, this blend is the base of all the delicious espresso drinks we serve at Shepherd’s Cup. Carefully crafted to have complexity as a shot, but also provide the sweetness and body to thrive in milk. While we obviously recommend this as espresso, it can brew very well as a drip coffee, with a bit more body than most of our single origin offerings.
At center stage, we have our espresso blend. This is the base for all the wonderful espresso drinks we make at Shepherd's Cup. Blended with natural process Ethiopia for jammy, berry forward sweetness, natural Brazil for extra body and sweetness, and a washed Guatemala for clarity and brightness. We taste notes of tropical fruit, milk chocolate sweetness, and orange acidity.
