Ardi is a flavor profile patented by Keffa Coffee importers. Each year it is curated from high elevation, natural process coffees. The profile is fruity, while bright enough to merit an overall descriptor of fruit punch, both for mouthfeel and sweetness. This lot comes from the acclaimed Biru Bekele washing station in Odo Shakiso, Guji, Oromia, Ethiopia.
