18 Rabbit (18 Conejos) is a family collective, led by matriarch Dulce Marlen of Finca Dulce Luna. Alongside her husband, Dulce Marlen was among the first in the region to champion organic and Biodynamic farming, treating the land not as a resource to extract from, but a partner to nurture. That philosophy runs through every member of the family's farms, several of which have placed in the top 10 of Honduras' Cup of Excellence, a testament to their relentless experimentation with fermentation and their gift for growing complexity in every lot.
